Every item we sell is custom made by hand for you at the time of order. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order and up to 6 weeks during our busy seasons; pre-summer and holiday.

Returns

Custom items are final sale. If there is an error made on our part, we will gladly exchange your item or provide you with a refund. To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return must be initiated within 2 weeks of receiving your item. All Sale items are Final Sale
